@lolo1388 and I made it out to Sun City West mid afternoon on Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with Katie. This afternoon before we smashed Portillos, we made it out on a hike. I took the opportunity to test out the new #sony50mmf12gm lens on some desert landscape. I love the way it melts the backgrounds away. #sonyalpha #sonya1
Earlier this summer I rented the #sony400mmf28 and the #sonya9iii and was playing around in the back yard. Was able to catch these two guys.
A couple of weeks ago I went on a Dolphin Tour on #jekyllisland
We were able to see plenty of Dolphins that cloudy and windy day. They are super hard to take a photo of! I was fortunate to get this photo of the other boat that was out with us and a Dolphin swimming between us.

@lolo1388 and I make it to #biscaynenationalpark earlier this year and we took the ferry out to #bocachitalighthouse We had heard it was going to have scaffolding all around it and still wanted to head out and see it. This is my favorite photo from last nights AAA baseball game with the #sugarlandspacecowboys
I always like the behind the batter perspective of the pitcher staring down the batter, but in this case, I was focused on the batter and was actually hoping for a called third strike and the batter reaction and the umpire ringing him up, but I ended up with this shot. I love that you can see the MLB logo on the baseball and the detail of the stitching while the batter is dodging the pitch.

A couple of unedited photos from the eclipse in Arkansas. I will pit together a Timelapse and some HDR shots of totality. Zoom into the second photo and see the coronal mass ejections. I was blown away that I got those.
In early march, I made it over to the #alamo while presenting at a conference. Little did I know, it was the anniversary of the 13 day siege. It’s always neat to see the Alamo as it’s right in the heart of downtown. I watched Dune 2 across the street in iMAX!
@pachek_yoself and @jeanclaudegoddamme made it out to a small lake on Friday to try out hand at some early spring fly fishing. It was such an amazing day outside.

At the Indian wells tennis tourney in Palm Springs. After a 90 minute rain delay, there is about 150 people left here. I’ll try and get my good camera in tomorrow
@lolo1388 made it over to #devilstowernationalmonument yesterday as we explored the Black Hills. I assumed it would be flat and have some aliens around from that movie I saw. Neither of those turned out to be true.
I was very surprised at how large and beautiful it was. Super glad we got to visit there

At the #rapidcityrush game last night against the #savannahghostpirates I wandered up to the rafters to get some shots from 80’ above the action.
My had to psych myself out to go out above the goal. Heights are the worst and the tiny metal walkway that I can see the ice, didn’t make it any easier.
It was worth it though. Next time I go up, I will be much more comfortable and maybe get some better shots. Holding your brand new camera out over the ice is a little bit of a trip.
The Rush got swarmed all night. It was painful to watch, but they have two more shots against Savannah.

@lolo1388 and I bought a house near Springfield, Mo. she’s the worst for making me move back to Missouri 😂. Had Montana been even close to affordable, I probably would have put up a harder fight. Our little slice of heaven and I get to own a tractor finally. Farm life for us!
